I had a coupon (which I forgot) for a manicure. Being new in the area I thought it would be a good opportunity to find a good place for nail services. I made an appointment and when I arrived the employees were friendly. That being said, I requested a gel manicure. I did not need old polish removed, making things easier. I have had many manicures and this is the first time my nails were not soaked at all to soften cuticles.
