I bought a mower, cash (even though they got me at the financed price, good one y'all) , from LN 2 years ago. The first service they left the air filter instructions in after completing service and nearly fried my motor. I gave them another chance a few weeks ago and ultimately I'm convinced. Incorrect spark plugs after service made my machine run like something that was 30 years old after doubling my original price for service, and they were simply going to hand it back before I said anything to them about it.
