Hello trucking fraternity, Avoid using this service. I had a drive tire blowout and called them—they came once, but problems started right after. First, they asked me to uncouple the truck and trailer, which is illegal. Then, midway through the tire change, they demanded extra payment. They also refused to take the blown tire unless I paid more. Use them at your own risk.
My truck broke down and I called this shop—they were incredibly helpful right from the start. They even helped me find a tow truck, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. They repaired the radiator and got me back on the road quickly. About 190 miles later, the radiator ended up failing again, which was frustrating—but what really stood out was how they handled it. First of all on original call they said that they would be to me on the side of the road in 45 minutes. A hour went by and I called said he was eating lunch be there in 30 minutes. Another hour went by and he showed up with wrong parts incorrect tools when I sent him pictures of the trailer. Upon his diagnosis he said that I need a new axle because the bearing race had siezed to the axle. Absolutely crap service.They came in within an hour -yes ,the only good thing I can say .We had a truck wiring/lighting issue ,which they didn't fix .Our trailer needed a valve replacement (their words ),not able to find it . Lied to us about fixing the lights ,and also wanted to overcharge us .Paid to them $ 520 they based less than 5 miles away ,and nothing been resolved,just masked the issue. I can say SCAMMERS!!!
