Hello trucking fraternity, Avoid using this service. I had a drive tire blowout and called them—they came once, but problems started right after. First, they asked me to uncouple the truck and trailer, which is illegal. Then, midway through the tire change, they demanded extra payment. They also refused to take the blown tire unless I paid more. Use them at your own risk.

My truck broke down and I called this shop—they were incredibly helpful right from the start. They even helped me find a tow truck, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. First of all on original call they said that they would be to me on the side of the road in 45 minutes. A hour went by and I called said he was eating lunch be there in 30 minutes. Another hour went by and he showed up with wrong parts incorrect tools when I sent him pictures of the trailer. Upon his diagnosis he said that I need a new axle because the bearing race had siezed to the axle.
