Had a hitch and extender put on my 2005 ford van and it is perfect. Exactly what I needed. Brian does great work. I don’t live here, just traveling through and had enough time to get it done. The hitch itself costs a bit from the manufacturer but the extender and labor was really affordable. Great job Brian!
Brian saved the day. On Saturday on our way from CA to WA, our leaf spring broke on our 32 ft 5th wheel so we were stranded in Klamath Falls. Without an appointment, we showed up at 8am on Monday morning. He had the parts in stock and got us fixed up and back on the road by noon. Not only did he fix the leaf spring, but he did a safety check on our axels and found a dangerous issue that he solved costing us just $1.00 instead of possible thousands in damage. I highly recommend LMS Trailer Supply.
Purchased a new 5th wheel hitch while we were in town - Brian was great and really helpful!
I burned up a wheel bearing coming into Klamath. LMS had all the parts in stock and got me fixed up and back on the road. Brian was very helpful and got us fixed up right away, I really appreciate it and can highly recommend
Just had a 5 minute phone call with Brian, who helped me through a stuck sway bar issue. I'm mechanically incompetent, and he gently taught me the fix, which worked like a champ. 10/10 on my experience!
