LM did our fence, deck and screened porch and everything was great. He was helpful and easy to work with - and has followed up with us after the fact to make sure we were happy with the work!
Couldn’t even get past “go.” Incredibly unresponsive. They answered the phone and said to follow up with a text & e-mail, and that they would be in the area and give us a quote the following day. They have never replied to a single text or e-mail. We gave them multiple tries over several months with both my spouse and I reaching out independently, to no answer. But judging by other reviews, it’s probably for the best.
Terrible experience from the start. Should’ve have listened to the neighbors when warned about this company. Built a weak fence to where only corner plows had support. All others are the plastic poles only dug in. Hence making it easy for a gust of 15 mph wind to knock out the panels. Contacted the owner, 2 weeks later still no response. Very unprofessional, will post on our neighbor hood page his poor quality work so future neighbors don’t waste their valuable and hard earned money with this company.
