Only people carrying what I needed, and always prefer to buy local. Very friendly on the phone and in person. 10/10 recommend.

Not a very kind medical supply store for when you need help. I walked in tried to purchase compression stockings and was rudely told I could only do so from 9am-11am (it was 12:30pm) .. I just came from having reconstructive vein surgery (my leg is completely wrapped up) and the employee had zero compassion or the understanding of how important it was for me to get the comprehension stockings; taking my business elsewhere.

I rushed in 15min. before closing, a complete mess because we just found out my 14yr son needed retina surgery the following day. He would have to remain in a face down position for a few days so I thought maybe Lms would have something that would help and they did! Most people would be annoyed if someone walked in so close to closing but not these owners. Not only were they helpful they were sympathetic and so generous! There are still good people in this world and two of them are the owners of Lms.

Friendly people but I bought a walker from them over a year ago had it for 3 months and a wheel had fell off took it in for repair and I still haven't gotten it back called a number of times as to why it's not ready I've asked for a refund because it's under warranty they offered to replace it with a cheaper version but they said they wouldn't give me back the difference in price so I said no I shouldn't have to take the hot on something that's under warranty
