Do not use common sense when planning or operating business development.
Bumpy start in the beginning. But time and negotiations give good resolte for both of us. Specialy enjoyed working with Real estate agent Ryan Myers. He did great job even I probably classified as "difficult " customer. I heard only good things about agency from my neighbor (Chris's Pizza).
