By far the rudest and negligent company I have ever dealt with in my life! These people booted my vehicle for a “dead tag” when it was not dead. Also my car being the only one with a boot on it. When dozens of vehicles there were improperly parked and also had dead tags but don’t boot on them. Idk if they have little kids running the show or something but they clearly need an evaluation from the bbb. It is also very confusing to me as to why when I press in their website. Boot company only. Based outside of Charlotte .They do not have a yard or property in the Charlotte city limits. They also do not have proper signage at the properties they try to enforce. Also they break city ordinance rules by not answering the phone or releasing vehicles in the allotted amount of time dictated by the city. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen for any property owner using their service
