I was a long time customer of LMR. No more!!! The wrong parts were ordered 2 times. The 3rd time I was told that the specific part could not be purchased. This was over a 2 week period.I ended up getting a second opinion about what my car needed for inspection. There were problems that LMR did not point out to me. Things that should have been noticed and brought to my attention. I am very disappointed with the service at LMR. You lost a long time customer...
AVOID!!! I have been taking my car there for two years now. Let’s start with a few things: MY WEAR INDICATORS ON MY BRAKE PADS WERE PUT ON BACKWARDS AND THE PADS THEMSELVES WERE UPSIDE DOWN!! (These guys were the last ones to touch my car and the only ones to ever touch my brakes so it was absolutely them). Took my car to the dealer and they almost looked embarrassed for me.
