I must say that after being treated nice and pulled in to a great local business.....LMR IS NOT THE COMPANY TO USE FOR POOL SERVICES. The 2 contractors called out for repairs and other services were top notch. Cisco and Pedro are excellent. They know their trade. They need to start their own business together and step away from LMR. The problem was with Aaron. All he had to do was finish the work on my pool with an acid wash and tile polish. What should have been a dream pool turned into a long-term headache due to careless work and zero accountability. While the pool looked beautiful at first glance, it quickly became clear that much of the work was done half-fast. The foreman never completed a final inspection, and that lack of follow-through has cost us repeatedly. Excellent and friendly service! They did a pebble tec and coping repair, calcium removal, acid wash and light replacement in a timely manner and competitive pricing. Owner and workers were very friendly and took time to check on the progress of the work. At the end they did an excellent job. I recommend them.
