I dropped off my car at 8:20 am and John told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I waited until 3 pm and it still wasn't ready. He said he would start checking it in 20 minutes. It was 5:30 pm and I hadn't heard anything. I called him and the place was already closed without notifying me. He sent someone else to give me the keys

I came to LMP Automotive as a second opinion on my alignment and I'm so glad I did. John was amazing to talk to and work with. Long story short, a paid-for-and-messed-up $99 alignment from Vans Auto (see my review there) dishonestly became a $450 solution that I rejected for a second opinion. John was able to fit me in that same day for $99 and when he completed the alignment I asked him about any need of a camber kit (adjustable bolts) which Vans Auto said was required. Just disrespectful talk to customers however they feel your car will come out either rims ruined or car marked up with scratches. Owner John Ortiz disrespect woman so do not go alone always bring a man if you come here
