Not happy end berry disappointed I have my car 2 years I pay John Ortiz $4000 for nothing my car never got fixed now a have my car different shop still trying the recovery my money from John Ortiz he refused the pay my money back
I came to LMP Automotive as a second opinion on my alignment and I'm so glad I did. John was amazing to talk to and work with. Long story short, a paid-for-and-messed-up $99 alignment from Vans Auto (see my review there) dishonestly became a $450 solution that I rejected for a second opinion. John was able to fit me in that same day for $99 and when he completed the alignment I asked him about any need of a camber kit (adjustable bolts) which Vans Auto said was required. Just disrespectful talk to customers however they feel your car will come out either rims ruined or car marked up with scratches. Owner John Ortiz disrespect woman so do not go alone always bring a man if you come here
Called this guy to get my 2020 Kia done. Needed new front brake pads. Got me in asap, price was dirt cheap, and very knowledgeable. This will be my mechanic from now on. Definitely recommended.
