It has done a lousy job in managing special levy fund. It has misled owners of OC3989 the Nish residential owners to be involved in 7 million project to remedy one owner’s complaint of a structural born noise.
Our recent Body Corporate meeting was attended by Matt from LMM. Matt was impressive with all the details we required at his fingertips and easy to understand explanations when we needed them.
