I had my first facial done by Lettie and brazilian waxing/vajacial done by Michelle. Both of the girls are so sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had the eyelashes cluster done with Maryssa and in the following day all of them fell out while I was taking shower. I didn’t even want to return there to complain . Worst place ever!!!

I had cluster lashes done here. I loved how they looked and felt. I was given no aftercare instructions, and was simply told not to get them wet, especially for the first 24 hours. I was very diligent about keeping them dry. Half of my lashes fell off within the first 48 hours. I called and explained my situation. They had told me that it was probably due to me sleeping and the best they could do was fix them, with an additional payment.

My little sister and I just started coming to this shop and have had amazing experiences each time. Michelle is super kind and Warm as well as other staff, We just met Jen today and she is very welcoming! It’s always a good time, and that is cherished over here! Many Blessings Sent! :)
