I had cluster lashes done here. I loved how they looked and felt. I was given no aftercare instructions, and was simply told not to get them wet, especially for the first 24 hours. I was very diligent about keeping them dry. Half of my lashes fell off within the first 48 hours. I called and explained my situation. They had told me that it was probably due to me sleeping and the best they could do was fix them, with an additional payment.
My little sister and I just started coming to this shop and have had amazing experiences each time. Michelle is super kind and Warm as well as other staff, We just met Jen today and she is very welcoming! It’s always a good time, and that is cherished over here! Many Blessings Sent! :)
I am not a regular waxer, just occasionally for the occasion. I wanted a place that was welcoming, friendly, and as painless as possible- in all aspects. Michelle was my waxer and she was all of those things and more! She talked to me the whole time, helped me breathe through the rough parts, and got it done in a timely manner. I appreciate her business as well as the ladies sitting up front. I highly recommend LMLA!
This spa is a hidden gem. I especially love the receptionist Jennifer! She is a highlight of every visit. Every time I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile. Love that girl
