Luke and his crew at LML Contracting Designs were a prime example of a hard working and straight forward group of people. I hired LML to regrade my property, ensure proper water drainage, burry extended downstop extensions to pop up emitters at the street, etc. Luke communicated with me weekly to ensure I knew the status of the agreed up schedule and made sure I understood everything before and during the project. From the beginning of our experience Luke promptly responded to our request, did onsite inspections and provided reasonable quotes for the jobs very quickly. Within two weeks of the quote, he scheduled the jobs and completed both jobs with quality work. At a time when it is hard to get a contractor to show up, we were very impressed with LML Contracting and we will use this company again.
