Went into LKM flooring looked at some carpet talked with the man running the store.I told him my bedroom was 13x14 .he wrote my name,address & phone# down on a work order and stated that there would be someone out by Thursday to do a measurement.called the store this morning at10:30 talked to a lady she could find no work order and stated no one would be out this week.I expressed to her that I had told the man I needed it done this week because I would not be available most of next week.she seemed to not care ,even when I st... read more
We have had LMK install new carpet and countertops in our home, everything went very smoothly from choosing the product to the installation. We are very happy with everything they have done and are looking forward to them installing LVP on the main floor in our house. There installers are great and take great pride in their work. We really enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend them!
