My HOA just signed a contract with LMI. I have lived here for 26 years and the are easily the worst snow removal company we have ever used. First issue is if they show up. Then they don't shovel very well. They leave snow and snow piles on the sidewalks. They don't apply much ice melt. Plowing is as bad. They may have applied ice slicer once. Landscapers are Illegally blowing grass onto Colfax and onto Pierson and onto 15th. I tried to call your company about this and was directed to a voicemail. Pointless. Then I tried to call back and no one wants to answer the phone. Fabulous customer service
Roberto Nuanes and his crew are amazing. They threw an awesome pool party that my daughter has been looking foward to and they do an amazing job of groundkeepung at the centro apartments
Great company. Communication is great and they really show out. They hosted a great event for our residents, Roberto and his team were really apprecaited by us and our residents. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
