I had a disappointing experience with this company. The receptionist who answers the phone always seems to be in a bad mood and sounds annoyed when speaking with customers. Customer service is an important part of any business, and I hope they can improve the way they communicate with people calling for assistance.
Sadly zero stars is not possible on here. This company has been our community landscapers for the last 2 years. Most of the grass is dead now and nothing gets trimmed. Fertilizer and seed are unknown constructs to them as well as how sprinkler systems work let alone edging or trimming. Hard to believe they call themselves landscapers when they cant even mow the grass that does still exist correctly… Avoid this company by all means and save yourself the years and thousands of dollars repairing their neglect and damage they ca... read more
Your guy is invading our HOA-governed parking in Wheat Ridge every day ignoring warnings and creating loud noise every day including Sunday.
I have worked with LMI for several years and have always received stellar service. Nicole Stone and Martin Medrano are client focused and have always provided excellent communication. Working with both of them gives me piece of mind allows me to focus on other areas as I know they will address any issue or concern that they find in a timely manner.
