No paper in the pay station, so I don’t know if my transaction was successful, and I don’t remember my parking hours. There are also limited options for selecting time. The parking fee is extremely high for a hospital. Management should consider replacing the parking lot operator.
Not enough parking. Hardly any for handicapped drivers.
This is for Impark. First, they have no email address to point out problems. The problems link leads to address and phone number. The menu doesn't give an option to talk to anyone to feedback and problems. Choosing asking for a refund said (during work hours) "no one to answer, try again later " and hangs up. The problems: At the Langley Hospital. Impark website is wrong, lot # wrong, also construction finished long time ago. Google map wrong, wrong lot numbers location.
