I recently took my father for a follow up with Dr. Ali and he was very professional in his approach and care plan . The staff were very helpful and professional .
Unprofessional. Dr. Manchandi said the office would “expedite” results since my wife came in at 38 weeks pregnant and should expect a call back within 1-3 business days. 11 days later, 7 business days, and after my child was born, we received a single voicemail requesting a call back to "get you scheduled for some appointments". We made several attempts to call back, but were directed to voicemail each time.
