Rude service – The flowers from LMD that I sent to my boyfriend looked so goth and dark. I called to express my disappointment and the owner got defensive and rude. I was so turned off by this arrogant service and not so stylish shop. Luckily in NY there is so much other talent to select from.
What can I say? They have the best stuff! – Friendly and knowledgeable staff, small but beautiful selection,European containers, the works! If your looking for something different then shop here, you wont be disappointed!
Fresh & Beautiful – Amazing arrangements! Unique. I have ordered flowers for clients from other places before. The feedback from the LMD arrangement was the best I've ever heard. Service was great. My client was thrilled ! What a natural and beautiful display of flowers.
You'll need flowers sent to you – After entering this shop. The rudest service ever encounted. The "designer" gossiped about his clients on the phone while ignoring customers. But he did pause for a moment to be terribly rude to his help. What a shame. Who needs this type of treatment? Beautiful flowers everywhere. Go elsewhere.
