Customer services has hit rock bottom. Constantly having issues pushed to the side or directed to a call center in India where they say the issue cant be resolved at this time. Especially frustrating being a service member who cant walk into an office and discuss the issue, especially since ive been a member for over 15years. Will be looking elsewhere for services.
This place is terrible.Do not do not I repeat.Do not ever go with them for a car loan.I was paying my vehicle now, 3 years never have.I missed one payment and all of a sudden.Because my insurance company somehow took their name off.As the lean holder fot 1day back 6mths ago they are saying that I have to pay $3600 for forced insurance. They denied my membership for inability to verify my identity even though I sent a copy of my ID, SSN, photo selfie, utility bill, and copy of lease. Do not waste your time and just stay away.
If I could leave negative review I would. Don't expect the mortgage lending department to assist you with anything. Their loan officers lie or omit details about loan details and costs/credits. And when you go to refinance with another bank, they will report you later on your payment even if the closing date and funds are received just a few business days late.
