If I could leave negative review I would. Don't expect the mortgage lending department to assist you with anything. Their loan officers lie or omit details about loan details and costs/credits. And when you go to refinance with another bank, they will report you later on your payment even if the closing date and funds are received just a few business days late. Zero stars. I previously left a negative review about this bank's incompetence and shady handling of personal information, but removed it after being reassured the issue wasn't their fault. That was a mistake. My son and I both applied for a mortgage. He was approved independently, yet somehow both of our personal and income details were sold — not shared — sold to third parties. Tiffany Cobb from the LMCU mortgage department is by far the best! We have a family friend that we typically run mortgages through but when it came down to us building even our friend said she couldn’t beat the deal LMCU had to offer. Tiffany kept us up to date every step of the way. She was available morning, noon, night and even on her vacation.
