Customer services has hit rock bottom. Constantly having issues pushed to the side or directed to a call center in India where they say the issue cant be resolved at this time. Especially frustrating being a service member who cant walk into an office and discuss the issue, especially since ive been a member for over 15years. Will be looking elsewhere for services.

They denied my membership for inability to verify my identity even though I sent a copy of my ID, SSN, photo selfie, utility bill, and copy of lease. Do not waste your time and just stay away.
