I highly recommend checking other credit unions or banks for any financial needs. LMCU is slow, discouraging, you’ll never get to talk to the same person and they like to drag things on. I am a member at LMCU and I tried to get approved for 20k and they denied me. I already have 12k out with them and they said “even if you pay off the 12k we are not likely to approve you for another 20k” I’ve never missed a payment with them in 2yrs. I enjoy going to the N. Muskegon location. Girls do get busy but you have to be patient. They are always full of smiles and they enjoy having you bring your dog in. My Rottweilers get spoiled whenever we go in! We have our savings, checking, credit card and home loan through LMCU. Much better than Shelby State Bank.
Bankers here must not have graduated kindergarten. Counting skills are abysmal, can't follow simple instructions. Go anywhere else if you care about your money.
