Recently got a mortgage through this location and was told we had to open a joint account to pay the mortgage, taxes and such from. After setting up the joint account which I was told was an escrow account but in fact isn’t, the mortgage/loan was only able to be seen through my individual account online banking login. After speaking with 3 different people that told me “oh because it was set up like that we can’t change it”, come to find out it can be changed and they couldn’t figure out why it was set up this way. As part of owning my business I get a lot of change, I brought the change to this credit union and they told me to go home and roll it that they won't accept loose change and don't have a machine for customers to count change with. Are you kidding me it's 2025 almost. I guess I will stay with my old Bank, lots more convenient for me!

I became a LMCU member last year and in short time quit my other bank and moved everything here at the Robbins Road branch. I'm 66 and they all are the most helpful and friendly people I've ever dealt with at a financial company. Trust me I've been around. They always make me feel like the Cheers song. " They all know my name and are always glad I came".
