I love Lake Michigan credit union
This is such a great branch of LMCU. I was treated in a very professional manner by Jeff. He helped me with all my questions and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend this branch/Jeff for all your banking needs!
ATM rarely works, always long lines, sporadic attention at the drive thru. Save time and gas and go to any other location like Michigan or Northland.
Unfortunately, 0 stars was not an option. Avoid this institution like the plague. Customer service agents acting like entitled Karens, giving you attitude, adding on fees to make loan payments. It's not worth it, look elsewhere.
