This is my preferred LMCU location. I have received assistance at this branch on tasks as simple as withdrawals and transfers, and on larger jobs like opening new credit cards and auto loans. Today I received exceptional help and kindness from one of the tellers, Rheanna (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She went above and beyond in assisting with managing some of my accounts today, and her positive attitude and kind words were very appreciated. Unfortunately, this institution gives l m c u a bad reputation. Or maybe the other establishments have spoiled me. But of the last five times i've used this bank over the last few years, it's always a long wait.
