Our experience with our loan officer Jeff wasn't great. We went through the process of getting pre approved for a house and then started searching once we got the green light. As most know once you find something it's very time sensitive. Our guy thought it'd be a great time to go on vacation for two weeks right after our approval and not even notify us. So we're reaching out asking for numbers and info only to get automated responses or silence. We had to call the bank to even find out he wasn't there and wouldn't be back f... read more
