I always have a pleasant experience when visiting this LMCU. I don’t feel many places value their customers anymore but LMCU definitely does. The staff is always very friendly and efficient as well. I brought my dog through the drive thru with me the other day and to my pleasant surprise I received a card in the mail from the LMCU staff just spreading kindness that they enjoyed seeing my little guy through the drive thru. The members are waithing in line for 15 or 20 min while Tellers have sweet talks. Very dissapointed .They should look into Jenison branch for expedite and great customer service !
Very incompetent people at the drive thu. I came to deposit a check with 2 babies in the back seats. They made me wait 15 minutes, while my babies cried their lungs out, just to say that “we can’t verify the check”. I came home and did it on the app, immediately it got deposited to my checking. Can’t have any worse experience with any banks!
