Travelled from Manchester to Llandudno for couple days riding round Wales got screw in back tyre lmc very helpful nice guys fixed it in HR very happy cheers lads

First time I've taken a bike here. From first contact to discuss running issue with my R1200GS, the customer service had been first class. I was kept informed of progress, diagnosis and costs fully explained prior to commencing work. No hidden extras, cost was as quoted. Excellent customer service from the team at LMC today when I took my bike in to have a lowering kit fitted. Bike was ready within a few hours, I was kept informed and they did an amazing job! Very happy customer 👍👍
