Excellent service
Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this clinic. I tried for months to get an appointment with my doctor! When they finally called back after one of my messages, they said too much time had passed and I was not a patient anymore, and worst of all they were condescending and rude on the phone. This has nothing to do with the doctor who is very competent but with the terrible service of the administrative staff.
Been back and forth for months trying to get a 1st appointment. In order to get in touch you have to leave a voice-mail. Catching their phone calls back is tough between work and school and lately the voice-mail has been completely full so I haven't been able to even leave a message in the first place :/
