Stay about this place. Management lacks professionism and integrity. I ordered 14x17 yamaha props but received 15.6x17 aftermarket props. They did nothing to resolve the problem but tried to belittle my intelligence and insult me. Stay away from this place.
I purchased a 2022 Bayliner E18 from Adam Puckett who was the sales rep and we immediately noticed the flooring was torn on the day I was supposed to pick the boat up. Adam promised me that it would get replaced and we signed a “We Owe” document saying LMC would fix it. I purchased my new 2022 Crestliner 2000 Bay on July 23, 2022. I was very excited to purchase the new boat and was told I could write a check for the full price because I didn't want to finance. To me this was basically a cash purchase. All they had to do was call the bank to verify funds. The reason I was paying cash and not financing was to avoid interest of course, but also to avoid the credit enquiry ding on my credit report since we are also closing on a new home very soon. Well, where do I start. I bought a boat a year ago, of which I recently found out was missing parts on the motor. I took it to them in December and have not had it on the water since. They can not fix it, but have had not problems charging the insurance company and me thousands. I am really disappointed on how they treated me and it seemed like I was taken advantage of several times.
