They were a NO-SHOW.. Hired them for ride to Philly Int'l for a 3:30 am pickup. They said they'd be here by 3:00 am. Called them at 3:15 am....no answer. Called back at 3:30 am and spoke to them and was told I didn't have a reservation even though I gave them a c/c number. I told them I certainly did and I had hired them because they were the only ones who mentioned car seats for the grandchildren. Recently I rented a limo with couple of friends for a party in Phili. The reservation process was smooth. In addition, the stretch limo car was very clean and the driver was professional.
