If I could give a minus score, I would. The front desk employees and the one person that took my vitals. were good. The NP, Amber Timmons, was terrible she would not listen to me at all. She said I overdosed on Tylenol, which i had not. No wonder they have 3.8 rating. I was talking to her and she wanted me to go to the hospital because I needed something for my earache. I took my daughter while we were out of town for a ball tournament. I explained my daughter had been having fevers for 4 days despite being on Tylenol and ibuprofen around the clock. My daughter did have shots last week which could have caused fevers for 1-2 days. I explained to this NP that my daughter is a sickly child and had strep multiple times despite the strep test being negative. She has also had flu, Covid TWICE, and RSV TWICE. She’s only 18m. Went to the urgent care because my fiancé was experiencing serious 9 out of 10 stomach area pain . All the assistant nurses were wonderful. The main doctor (Dr.Nelson) came in asked like 2 questions, was in a super rush all the time. Seemed like she didn’t care and was not helpful at all. Told her about the family history of Gallbladder stones, and where the pain is. She told us it’s not the gallbladder because the pain was in a different area other than the gallbladder. I have a long time history with urgent care but this will be my last. Im going to phasma urgent from now on. I was talking to the NP and because I didn't agree with her, she walked out of the room.
