Staff really need to take a class in compassion, My daughter was there in for Imaging getting a ultrasound of her kidneys while being 7 and half months pregnant, She was already nervous going in this and for the tech not to have any compassion and for her to be rude to her was very uncalled for.
I asked for a tampon and they said they will get me a pad after I got examined (didn’t get one) went in for a migraine I’ve had for a week telling them I believe it has something to do with my sinuses I was there a few weeks ago for it they said come back if it keeps up and they will probably have to plug my nose I believe is what they said and when I got to the back everyone was rude and acted like they don’t care I got eyes rolled at me so many times it made me feel even worse I left with 19 minutes to get to work I work a... read more
Awful service the doctor Virgina H was the worst she did an awful job. The lady at the front and the customer service was nice.The doctor was terrible she decided she was going to diagnose us but not give us any medication for what we were sick with. She didn't know what she was doing sometimes I feel like doctors don't care or listen to their patients because they think they know everything... you should listen to the concerns from your patient and what they feel and what's going on in their bodies...AI could have told me w... read more
The last two time I saw Ms Hall nurse practitioner she misdiagnosed me both times she had a awful attitude and bedside manner barley spending five seconds with me beware of her she is going to hurt someone
