NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.... My Endocrinologist referred me to this place as I moved recently.. Due to my lung diseases I have, I requested a virtual appointment for my initial and most likely all my future appointments. I am on year 6 of my 3-5yr life expectancy with my dual lung fibrosis, as well I am type1 diabetic. Everytime I get a new lung infection I lose lung capacity, meaning, I lose time left to live... I met with Dr Lisa Fraser today and I do not recommend her at all. She was very condescending and refused to take time to answer my questions in regards to my medication. She was extremely rude and impatient with me. When Scheduling our next appointment, I asked her for a Tuesday, but she gave me a Thursday. When I asked her to switch it, she refused and told me to go to reception to reschedule it, when she had her schedule in the computer right in front of her.
