I was there for the very first time yesterday, after having waited for five  months to get the appointment. A couple of weeks before I got a call from a very gentle assistant, who gathered all my relevant medical data. If I could, I would rate this facility zero stars. They appear to deliberately avoid answering phone calls, do not allow voicemails, and fail to respond to email inquiries. It seems this is done to push their $300/year subscription service, which offers a dedicated phone line for patient queries. This approach feels exploitative—especially within a system that claims to pride itself on offering one of the best free universal healthcare models in the world

Avoid this organization if you can at all. Profit-driven not purpose-driven. They charge $150 to complete a form required by the government. They want you to pay $30/month to be able to change appointments. Good people working in a private health care approach. Shameful. Stick to the smaller places and avoid unnecessary fees. I am not at all interested in this company, I’ve tried to contact them several time but I’m told that everything has to be done by email. I am not computer literate and it isn’t working for me. I have to call or wait until one of my daughters come to visit to send an email very frustrating. I am considering changing my doctor because of this issue. It’s a shame that they don’t consider the elderly when it comes to contacting them.
