The staff are very friendly and efficient. It's not a long wait time whenever I go for my appointments.
I think it’s TERRIBLE they way you guys operate your phone system is even worse!
I’m very disappointed with the communication system at this clinic. An appointment was booked without confirming my availability. When I tried calling multiple times, I only received automated responses and there was no voicemail option to leave a message. Very poor communication .
I was very disappointed about Dr. Chahal unprofessional behaviour. I had an appointment 9:45 am , I waited 2 hours but she didn’t show up. Whenever I asked receptionist 5 minute more she is on the way at least 20!times, that’s how 2 hours passed after I left for my therapy appointment. Day before receptionist call me that Dr. need to go to graduation party early in the morning but she will be back by 10am for sure. I told her cancel the appointment then. She told me no need.
