My doctor is nice but good luck getting hold of the clinic if you need to as you have to email and wait for their very long response time. A 5 minutes phone call turns in to days of waiting and it doesn't make sense. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays.
A few concerns- been attending this location for some time. Communication Problems. 1st. The booking system: appts, and rebooking, is not consumer friendly at all! It's very much for the convenience of staff, or I should say, probably because of the lack of staffing, to make this an attempt at a more " automated" type of booking. Yes, answering calls can be a nuisance, but perhaps money could be allocated to hire someone for this? Does this problem exist at every location? Very Very nice and Humble Staff. Many medical facilities available in one place. Doctor are much experts and Nice. Listen and treat the patients with great sympathy and fantastic way.
