The biggest issue for me was the communication and appointment management. It was difficult to get through to the clinic, and getting a response or resolving a simple scheduling issue took far too much effort. The medical services may be good, but the administrative side made the overall experience very frustrating. For a healthcare clinic, I think patients should be able to get clear answers and timely follow-up without having to chase the office repeatedly.
Too crowded and long wait time.
Great staff, very knowledgeable and kind. Women in the bloodwork area are amazing!
