When I first started at the office I really enjoyed my provider and they were very helpful. I continued to see them as my provider through work (in house medical office) didn't prescribe one of my medications. Once that medication no longer proved useful the additional cost to come wasn't necessary. I was interested in coming back after 8 years as I enjoyed my previous care team. If possible, I would give negative stars, because even one star feels generous for this experience. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office. Even from the very first phone call, the experience was unacceptable. I called on 11/20/2025 between 4:30 and 5:00 PM as a new patient simply asking about a specific physician. The staff member who answered the call was impatient, dismissive, and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation without allowing me to finish speaking. This kind of beha... read more
The staff are great and Laura Johnston is the nest she listens and takes time with her patients. Love this office.
