Don’t suggest seeing the nurse practitioner. She had no bedside manner. Rushed through appointment, sent me for further test, didn’t call for results, sent them via MyChart. When I tried to reach out, she wouldn’t respond, had someone at the desk answering my questions. Her diagnosis included answers that were inaccurate. When I was finally able to talk to her she simply said I must have missed that in your chart.
Had a terrible interaction with Dr Cox. He refused to refill my prescriptions and was very uncaring, but luckily I’m back with my original primary care doctor and she has me straight and back on my medications again! But besides that the office staff was very friendly!
Awesome practice.
Faust is a great doctor. The staff there are also good people. Communicated at my level, had a sense of humor, and addressed my needs, very quickly and did not give me the run around.
