Texted to see if anyone was perhaps available memorial day and he responded that he was out of town but had an opening the following morning. I said call me and I will see what time I could leave work to come and meet him. No call. I texted a week later, no response. Obviously he has enough business and didn’t need mine.
Devin has been fantastic he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time
My husband dropped off our weed wacker over a month ago to get repaired and Devin will not reply to his text messages or answer his phone!! We don’t even care at this point if it’s fixed or not, we just want it back! Contemplating if we need to get the police involved. I give this place zero stars!!
Made 4 different appointments with the owner himself and he no showed for every single one of them, texting me bizarre excuses hours, or even days after the appointment was supposed to happen. I’ve asked several times if he was too busy and if I needed to go somewhere else, he gave me his word he would get me in and take care of me and then no showed again with another crazy excuse and he only replied after I called and texted several times. Go anywhere else and save yourself the wasted time and headache
Devon showed up and worked nonstop to repair my craftsman riding lawnmower. He did a complete cleaning of carb and got me back running again. Great detail service as well as kept me updated on what was happening throughout the process. Highly recommend. Thank you again for all your help
