Started at land mine through their 6 week program which came with a meal plan, weekly 1:1 with a couch, small group classes, and body scans. During this time I was able to lose 4% body fat through following their program. I became a member after and throughly enjoyed my time there. Great place, Is great people Love it. There.
Love this place! I'm doing their 3 month program. Riley and Katie, the owners, are amazing, and their workouts get all my muscles fired up again! David, my trainer is awesome too! They all know what their doing and will work with you if you are disabled or have injuries like I do!
