My experience with the folks here has been amazing. I am truly grateful I picked this shop to do the repairs to my BMW. They are extremely honorable and passionate about their work. Every time you walk through the door, they greet you with great energy and are always there to help! The repair they did was on the rear quarter panel of the car, which is not that easy of a repair. Best body shop I’ve ever been to and one of the best BUSINESSES I’ve ever been to period. They took care of my 2023 Acura Integra like it was their own, and Kate went to bat with the insurance company when they wanted to use aftermarket parts instead of OEM for my vehicle. They also finished the repairs before they said they would. A true depiction of underpromising and overdelivering, they were flawless in every aspect. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
I took my truck here on an insurance claim for a fender bender to my front bumper. Not only did they do an excellent job with the repairs, but they also gave special attention to resolving an issue I hadn’t been able to resolve even before the accident. I rarely write raving review like this but L&M deserves highest mark in my experience. I got into an accident from which my 1-yr old Hyundai Palisade sustained damage in the front bumper, fender, headlight, quarter panel and some components under the panels. L&M did a superb job repairing and restoring my car to showroom quality. They were courteous and communicative throughout the whole process.
