Waited nearly 3 days for someone to get in touch regarding an appointment, was told by text it would be two weeks before a Dr rang me (even then not a face to face appt). The surgery in Gyffin resembles the Marie Celeste, never a patient to be seen if you go in. Llys Meddyg used to be a great surgery, especially before it joined with Gyffin. It has turned into the worst sort of surgery you hear about on the news. Bring back Dr Grout and Open Surgery where everyone was seen if you waited a while.
Lovely staff and very attentive. I moved here from another practice and I would recommend 100%. Doctors that actually LISTEN and CARE!! Dr Singh in particular is a fantastic doctor. Listens to patients and shows care.
