I love this place the staff are friendly and fast and usually there is no wait lifetime warranty
****EDIT SINCE I CAN'T REPLY**** - I did not demand a REFUND, I asked for some money back. I.e. the cost of labor to tear it all out and redo it. With all due respect, why would I allow you to tear off tint and redo it all when you didn't do it good in the first place? I am expected to trust that it would turn out better when the initial job was horribly done? Be careful tinting higher end cars here Damaged my leather dash from not properly covering from water in a few areas Even asked them before to towel the dash properly
I have been bringing my cars to get the windows tinted for the past 10 years or so. They stand by their 100% lifetime warranty. Brought back my daughter’s car recently after the back window tint started bubbling from the tinting job 4 years ago. They re-tinted it without hesitation. Greatly recommended!
Used this guy for years, always got Luumar tint. Lifetime warranty… until you need warranty. Then it means nothing. I will do everything in my power to put this guy out of business. The adhesive failed on my tint that stellar installed. I called him for warranty and then he blocked me. So much for warranty.
