Nick is a great manager. Staff do good work.
Came in with a pain in the a RV with a blown rear tire. They got us in and out quick on a Sunday. Awesome people.
Had a 10am appt. Showed up at 930. Told 2 hours give or take. At 3 hours I went home. At 430 I was called and told there were problems. I told them to proceed. Unable to reach them at 5:30 I went back. Car was ready. What's the point of an appt.? Owned by Tire Center now, not Lloyd. Reputation gone.
Front desk people were confused and disorganized. Routine rotation and oil change took six hrs, 5 hrs of waiting. The mechanic, however, was fast efficient and helpful.
