I had four new tires installed in short order today on my electric car. The service was very professional and prompt. Highest recommendation for Lloyd's Tire on River Street!
I went in to get a flat repaired, but they put the tire on backwards so I had to come back in to get it fixed. I asked if I could get a discount or partial refund for the inconvenience and the manager's response was "I'm not charging you for this visit". Now obviously, I don't feel like I should have been charged for them to fix their own mistake. I was unhappy with the experience and being required to come in twice for a simple flat repair. Very poor experience; 2 rims damaged due to inexperienced staff changing tires. Very disappointing!!
