I really don’t like leaving a bad review but this has to be done. I took my truck in for an oil change with a tire rotation. The service 3 months ago I was told to wait and it would be done in an hour. Well, that was at 10am and my truck was not ready until 10am the following day. With that, they still did not rotate the tires even though the paperwork stated they did. Brought my vehicle in for a vibration that was felt through the steering wheel Ended up getting a new set of tires as well, all in all dropped several thousand dollars Picked up my vehicle and it was making a very distinct noise that was new. Made an online appointment for new tires that were listed on the website as on sale and in stock. Got to my appointment and was told they did not have the tires, and the price if they ordered them would be $770 instead of $579. I always used to buy my tires here, and the price would always end up being more than the estimate, but this is ridiculous. Done with them.
