Paid $75 cash for a so called rebuilt carburetor on a pressure washer. Pressure washer would not stay engaged. Attempted to use today and it still does not engage. Called and messaged him and he told me he was out of town for two weeks and he could look at it then. I cannot wait two weeks. I asked for a refund to bring it elsewhere for repair and he flatly refused. He is out of town, could not take care of his customer and would not accommodate me by offering a refund so I could go elsewhere. He is a one man shop and operate... read more
Everything about this experience was exceptional ! Pleasant to talk with, very knowledgeable, explained to me step by step everything he was doing ! I will definitely be a return customer ! My deck had grass caked up on my mower and it was bad ! He got it cleaned out completely. Not to mention there was a wire stuck in it from where my wife was cutting grass and he removed it ! I can’t thank him enough for getting me back up and running !
Not only is Mr. Lloyd, a tremendous mechanic on small engines, but he is also a tremendous young man, very knowledgeable, bright, honest, considerate, and stays in touch with you while he works on your equipment.
