First time at Lloyd's. This was the only shop willing to look into the issue I was having with my bike. I had a very positive experience. Great communication. Affordable, high quality service. Friendly. I recommend Lloyd's for your motorcycle repair.

If you’re lucky, you get fast service. If you’re not, your bike gets held hostage. My partner’s bike sat there for six months while it was “being assessed.” That assessment cost almost $500 and resulted in zero actual work. Every excuse in the book showed up — couldn’t find parts, waiting to hear back, etc. None of this was communicated unless we repeatedly emailed or texted, because the outgoing voicemail literally says he doesn’t listen to messages. Just had my bike serviced at Lloyd's Motorcycle Performance Center, and I couldn’t be happier. Lloyd swapped out my seasonal tires, did a full safety check, tightened up the cables, and changed the brake oil. Everything was done on time and communicated clearly. Lloyd only replies to texts or emails (don’t bother calling), but honestly, it makes things simple and efficient. This is without question the find of the century for me. I have been using Lloyd's Performance Center going on three years, and there is no one better. He is very thorough in every aspect of any service you may request. He is honest and reliable. I will never use a service dealer from Honda again unless I am on a trip out of town. Even warranty items, I would use Lloyd before I trust another Honda Service center. He is acomidating, more than reasonable in his fees and top-notch work.
