We've been using them for our car insurance for many years. When we found out they have someone who knows Medicare insurance plans, we took advantage of their help.
At least one agent seems strangely politically motivated. I couldn't trust an agent like that.
I recently dealt with a client of this agency. Person hit my vehicle and admitted guilt. I called the agency who transferred me to an Adjuster by the name of Shandi Martin (Liberty Mutual/Safeco), this is where my opinion changed. Terrible customer service skills, doesnt return calls or emails. Their appraiser cut my estimate in half which means i pay out of pocket or forced to deal with their "in network" shops.
