I don't suggest this Title Company at all. One person working there so she has the get up from handling the sale of your property to answers phones etc. I also found 2 mistakes on the settlement paperwork that equalled close to $2,000 in my favor. Then when you call they literally say I'm very busy. Guess I was taking too long to ask a few questions about thousands of dollars being wired to my bank account.
