A question for anyone reading this review: Do you have standards? If the answer is “no,” then congratulations — this company is perfect for you. They reliably show up, wander around with leaf blowers, move debris from one location to another, and call it landscaping. Consistency matters. If, however, you have high standards… or expectations… or eyes… prepare for disappointment. Thanks Lloyd, I appreciate the conversations I’ve had with your maintenance crew about parking in the fire route and blocking in all the vehicles of residents of the communities you serve. I have tried emails, phone calls and by approaching this civilly last summer and winter by speaking with your crew, but clearly you refuse to acknowledge my complaints. In all my time spent with people plowing snow never once have I encountered someone who feels the need to come by at 2 AM and proceed to just slam the plow into the building over and over and over also the amount of salt used makes me seriously worried about the dogs that many walk around the area they work on.... Try at least a tiny bit maybe instead of making it so I can't get sleep need medication and have many other elderly people stuck with the same thing wondering how they cope with that constant banging of a truck lit... read more
