Will never come here again. I was told a different Price over the phone and they charged me almost $900 more when I went to pick up the car, after much fighting with them, finally got it down $500 but still got screwed out if 300+ dollars. make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing from them!
They really do their best to provide great customer service and take care of your personal needs while giving quality work.
Lloyd’s did an excellent job on my 2022 Acura TLX. The entire team and Lloyd’s are the best!! they kept me informed as each step of the process went along. Great work!!!!
Really impressed with their customer service, and they were exceptionally kind to my kids.
Tried the Llyods Santee, got an estimate and after several weeks of no call backs, decided to try Lloyds in Lakeside and I'm SO glad I did. Cher was great, got me in that same day for a quote. CJ was amazing, received a fair quote that Friday, scheduled for Monday and my car was returned to me on Thursday. I couldn't be happier. CJ went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back to the Lakeside location.
