We visited Lloyd's today and we're so impressed with their quality and professionalism. We left with a promo frisbee, thanks from us and our boy Reuben!
If you want to feel the difference between a big box store and a local company who cares, this is the place. The prices were not that much more, but the quality is! Nik and Kevin went above and beyond to make everything right. I purchased all of the cabinets and countertops from Lloyds but only had them install the countertops and when they came and saw a few issues my contractor had on the cabinets install they fixed them and made sure everything was as it should and looked nice. We got exactly what we designed. It's perfect. We love it!
Nik was incredibly responsive. He coordinated with the contractor, electrician, flooring company, plumber and appliance supplier. He answered every email or text very promptly and took care of every concern we had. Could not be more impressed with the service and the product. They completely transformed our kitchen
My wife and I have been happy from beginning to end with them! Great communication, very helpful answering any and all questions, and professional and reliable installation of our new kitchen countertops, sink, and appliance garage. Showed up when they said they would and were completed in the timeframe given. May not be the cheapest option, but very reasonable in comparison to others we called - and as they say, "you get what you pay for".
