Friendly smiles and good service
Totally honest folks. I called about an issue I’m having with a car part. They knew it was under warranty with Volkswagen and directed me to them. Other mechanics I called likely just didn’t know about the warranty but were quoting me at $500-800. Now I’m eager to take my car to Lloyd’s in the future. So glad I saw someone recommend them on Reddit under “mechanics you would send your daughter to” :)
