Keeps my 2015 Ford on the road. Never pressures me for unnecessary repairs or upsells. Repairs are done quickly, and staff communicates well. And they top off the blinker fluid for only $9.99! 🤣 Glad to have them around.

I always have a great experience here! They were able to get my car in the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and called to explain exactly what was going on. They gave me different repair options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. The repair was completed in a great amount of time, and the whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free. They consistently provide excellent service, and I know I can count on them to get me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

I was completely overcharged for my services at this place. I was originally quoted $300-400 and then was charged $743. They also tried to overcharge my husband to fix his side mirror and quoted him $800. We went to a collision place and only paid $295. I used to really trust this place. Now I’m unsure why I’m constantly overcharged.

Tried to charge me over 3,000 to swap spark plugs, swap break hoses, and replace lights. Outrageous labor costs and they spike up the price on parts.

i recommend Lloyds. May 2026 Lloyds has proved to be really dependable and honest about what to spend money on and what's a waste. They have done consistently good repairs, and made good referrals when other shops were a better choice for a particular problem. They are friendly, can squeeze in simple emergencies, and i trust them very much. June 2015 I had a good experience with them on my older van. The cost came where they said.
