Took my GMC Jimmy in to find out why it's in limp mode, and basically have to wait a week to get my vehicle checked out. Drops the pan and tells me I need a new transmission. OK I figured I would,why is it in limp mode? Now mind you that when I brought my vehicle there my driver door shut just fine, now it don't shut right because he broke so door bushings Now I gotta fix that again. Had to pull the latch for my door to close back put as well. And I just realized my door spring is gone.
They had accidentally misquoted a repair price for me and after they finished they charged me what they had originally quoted instead of the real price. That’s integrity
Glad they exist. People like this are a rarity these days. Sam, who works the counter is such a sweet young lady. Love the atmosphere of the shop. The staff go above and beyond. Thanks for the kindness.
